How Long Does it take to Process an Order?
This normally takes about 2-3 days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). From the minute we receive your order we try to process and send them out as soon as possible. We are humans and humans come with their own set of problems. (I.E. Acts of God, Health & Sickness)

- Any order placed with us should recieve an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not recieve and email, please check your spam or contact us ASAP!
- If you need any asssistance with an order contact us at lisavdwilt@gmail.com. No changes can be made to an order once shipped.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned a refund (excluding shipping fee) will be given. Re-submit your order afterwards then.
Shipping Within Canada
We work with Canada Post to ship our items and as they are humans as well, it depends when you order that we can ship it. Everything is hand wrapped and handmade to make sure you get it sent to you safely and in one piece.
